Merger of Heinz + Feier with SCHLOTHAUER & WAUER
With immediate effect, Heinz + Feier GmbH in Wiesbaden is officially the 7th location of SCHLOTHAUER & WAUER GmbH.
We are delighted to officially welcome our colleagues, with whom we have been working closely for a long time, to our growing SCHLOTHAUER & WAUER family.
Heinz + Feier was also founded over 30 years ago and has successfully implemented countless transportation planning and engineering projects since then. With the merger, the many years of expertise and experience of both companies can be ideally combined and used for tailor-made solutions for our customers throughout Germany and internationally.
At the Wiesbaden location, you will continue to meet the familiar and proven contacts, and the previous managing director Jörg Fleischer will continue the successful work of the past years as branch manager.
The S&W team at all locations in Berlin, Augsburg, Dresden, Hanover, Munich, Tübingen, and Wiesbaden is looking forward to working with you.

Change in management
After more than 30 years of shared eventful company history, Tilmann Wauer has resigned from his position as Managing Director effective as of June 30th, 2024, and has left the company.
On behalf of the entire S&W family, we would like to take this opportunity to thank Tilmann for his creative drive, his energy, and his commitment. With his expertise and ability to lead S&W with a steady hand even in turbulent times, he has successfully dovetailed engineering services and software products relating to software and traffic technology and made S&W what it is today. Thank you very much!
On this basis, the S&W team, with Wolfgang Höger as sole Managing Director, will continue the journey together just as successfully.
