After more than 30 years of shared eventful company history, Tilmann Wauer has resigned from his position as Managing Director effective as of June 30th, 2024, and has left the company.

On behalf of the entire S&W family, we would like to take this opportunity to thank Tilmann for his creative drive, his energy, and his commitment. With his expertise and ability to lead S&W with a steady hand even in turbulent times, he has successfully dovetailed engineering services and software products relating to software and traffic technology and made S&W what it is today.
